Belatedly heard about Gill's death this week. One of the kindest people it has been my privilege to meet. She was such a guiding light for me at the Saturday morning classes the Theater Corporate in my formative years. Much love. RIP Malcolm (p.s. is there a burial or plaque I can pay my respect to?)

Darling Gilli, we will never forget your many kindesses to us & the fun we had and the wonderful theatre experiences we shared. You lived life to the fullest & taught us to do the same. It's only now we can express how much we miss you. Gone to the big theatre in the sky, with lots of opera and gardens galore! Love forever. Gilli, I'm sorry to have taken so long. Perhaps I always did. You did so much for me that changed my life. For example you introduced me to James Joyce's Ulysses, changing my reading habits for the next 55 years. And Max Bruch's great violin concerto; I still have that final disk. And more ...
Maybe I haven't seen you for a very long time but your memory is still indelibly written in me.
Arohanui,
Mike

Our friendship goes back 60 years but being on different sides of the world, our time together was regrettably short. You made our stays in Taupo a delightful series of discoveries. We'll miss you and your lovely treasure-laden garden. Dors bien, ma passionnée.
