Marilyn Kapp Powell died suddenly on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006, in Naples, Fla. Marilyn was a longtime employee of the United Steelworkers of America. Surviving are her loving husband of 45 years, Charles J. Powell; brother, Robert (Pat) Kapp; sister, Linda Murray; mother-in-law, Anna Powell; sisters-in-law, Patricia Brown and Diane Kapp Schmidt, and numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved mother and father, Florence and Elmer Kapp, and brother Elmer Jr. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday in St. John Capistran Church, 1610 McMillan Road, Upper St. Clair.
