George Weir Obituary

WEIR, George Brownlie. On 22nd October 2010 at Waikato Hospital, in his 81st year. Loved and treasured husband of Nancy for 60 years. Adored father of George and Bethea, father-in-law of Frances, grandfather and great grandfather. Our special thanks and acknowledgement to the staff of Ward 54 at Waikato Hospital for their care and compassion. "Absent from the body, present with the Lord" The service will be held on Wednesday 27th October at 11.00am at Rhode Street Gospel Chapel, Frankton, followed by a private burial. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinsons Society would be appreciated and can be left in the church foyer.
