An absolutely wonderful ex-neighbour and friend. You and John are able once again to have a whiskey together, and you're back with Eve a very dear friend too.

Such a lovely man George Smith. I was lucky to have lived with you and Evelyn for a while in Hamilton. Although we will all miss you, I´m so pleased you are back with Evelyn, probably having a wee giggle and watching the races on the other side. Rest in peace.

George what a wonderful man you were kind hearted and loving to all your family and friends Sometimes to kind helping family out.The best brother in law anyone could of had we both loved you heaps.Good uncle to all our 6 children we are very sad at this time RIP Our great brother in law you are back with Evelyn now.

George and Eve were such a warm, gentle unassuming couple absolutely devoted to each other. I worked at Westfield with Eve and George waited all day for her to finish her day. Such a lovely couple and George will be sadly missed x R. I. P you lovely Man xx
