George SHAND Obituary

SHAND, George David (Geordie). Peacefully, on December 16, 2012, aged 83 years; beloved husband of the late Aileen, loved father and father-in-law of Peter and Delwyn, Pauline and Paul Hillis (Waikiwi), Gary and Elizabeth, and the late Kenneth, loved grand-dad of Tania and Ian Savage, and Gerard Shand; Glen, Blain and Mel Hillis; Alan, David, and Rosanna Shand, and a special friend of Paddy and H.D. R.I.P. A requiem mass for George will be celebrated in St. Thomas' Catholic Church, cnr Mountainview and Wai-iti Rds, Timaru on Wednesday, December 19 at 1pm, followed by interment at the Timaru cemetery.
