McDERMOTT, George Brian (Brian). Born 11, Aug 1933. and passed away after a short illness on 09 April 2025, aged 91. Beloved husband and soulmate of Patricia, recently deceased on 25 March 2025, now reunited again for all eternity. The best Dad in the world to Pam, John, Bri and Rob. Dearest Granddad of Alex, Laura, Johnny and Harakh. Will be sadly missed by Jill, Al, Pete, Amy, Andrew, Parvis, Michelle, Harry and Jenny. Reunited with his loving parents John and Louisa McDermott, and stepdad Uncle Charle. Beloved brother of Jack, Pat, June, Margie and Beryl and all their families in the UK. Sadly missed by the Foulkes, Gillmore and Brown families, also in the UK. A private memorial for family and friends will be held at the New Lynn RSA on 14 April from 2.30 pm onward. All welcome. A better husband and father has never been. Rest in Peace Dad.
