CHAN, George Wai. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 9th 2018, in his 94th year. A private funeral service for George is to take place today. For those unable to attend, a donation to St John's Ambulance in George's memory would be appreciated.

recalling George Chan at NZCA Christmas party - a few years back. Where I discovered he knew my dad, way back in 1948. he even travelled down to Taranaki to see him. He was always at the party, and I will miss seeing him again. RIP George - a fine man, with many memories.

CHAN, George Wai. We are sadden with the sudden loss of our brother George on 10 September 2018 after a short illness. Will always be remembered in our hearts from all of us; late Ida, Ruby, Edith, Anne and all our families. Loved Uncle and Grand Uncle of many Nephews and Nieces, Rest in Peace.
