Geoffrey WILLIS Obituary

WILLIS, Geoffrey Nolan Anthony (Geoff). Passed away peacefully at home on 2 April 2022 after a short illness. Dearly loved husband of Rosie (Roseanna). Much loved father of Charlotte (deceased), Jacinta and Sam. Step-father to Nicholas. Rest in peace. "Geoff look sharp as you sail on Heavenly seas. May the wind be ever at your back, fair weather and Godspeed." A farewell for Geoff will be held on Wednesday 6 April at 11am at Christ the King Church, 260 Richardson Road, Mount Roskill.

Dearest Roseanna, Jacinta, and and Nicholas

It does not seem that long ago when I last wrote on a memory page for your beloved daughter and sister Charlotte. And now it is for Geoff.
Once again we do not make the rules in life but his passing so early seems so unfair to me.
There are no words that can bring you real comfort at a time when you lose someone you love. Grief is simply a measure of how much you have loved.

"Comeback. Even as a shadow even as a dream" Euripides said. I hope you dream of him often and your treasured memories will bring you some comfort.

Stay strong as a family - please know we are thinking of you at this sad time. With tears in my eyes I send love to you all.
