Retter, Gaye (Gaye) (Nee Howard). 21 December 1944 - 8 October 2025 Peacefully, after a brave battle with Dementia. Families thanks to the wonderful, caring staff at Radius Taupaki Gables. Loved wife of Fred Retter. Mum to Leanne and Bernadette. Gran to Naketa, Wade, Kody,Damian, Justin, Finn, Elliot,Luke,Callum. A service will be held for Gaye at St. Chads Anglican Church, Huapai at 1pm, 4th November, 2025. Messages may be sent to [email protected] In lieu of flowers a donation to Dementia NZ would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Gaye. It is many years ago, but Gaye was one of my best friends at primary school (Bayfield). I had often thought of her over the years. I still have her wedding photo in my album. R.I.P.
