SAKER, Gay. Gay died peacefully on the afternoon of 26 August, surrounded by her children, their partners and many grandchildren. First wife of Dorian, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Kerry (deceased), Tim (deceased), John and Rolla; Nicky and Mark; Rowan and Francine; and Catherine (deceased), and grandmother to Paul, Zoe and Poppy; Tim, Patrick and Cassie; Ingrid, Luc and Jacques. I remember Gay's beautiful voice so well.Very happy memories of the time spent in "the cottage", with others,in Putnam Street.
My sympathy to the family most of whom will not remember me but I spent some hours baby sitting for your older, darling siblings whose loss was a great sadness for your parents.I have no doubt the family were a comfort to Gay and at this sad time I want to add my condolences to the many you will have received.
