McKAY, Gavin John. Family of the Late much loved Gavin John Mckay (Boss) wish to acknowledge those who have shown compassionate medical care during Gavin's long journey. Ben Lawrence, Canopy Cancer care Epsom, Michelle Vaughan St Georges Cancer Care Christchurch and her wonderful caring support team. Professor David Morris St.George Hospital Sydney and caring staff. Nurse Maude Home Care and Hospice who were thoroughly professional and extremely compassionate to Gavin and the whole family. Father Simon Eccleton who was heaven sent and a true miracle offering compassion and gentle guidance. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement and grateful thanks to those who sent beautiful flowers, heart felt messages, baking and enduring prayers. We also appreciate the incredible support from family, friends and neighbours. We are very grateful to Lamb and Hayward, Nicky and The Team. We are very blessed.
