Take it to the hole my man.
May 7, 2016
To Melanie and family:
We as members of the Hauraki Prospectors Association based at Thames are shocked and upset by the untimely death of Gavin, who has been such a well-regarded and highly-respected member of our group for some years.
Gavin worked on a voluntary basis for us, with much appreciated on-site assistance sometimes (as you know) from you, Melanie. Both of you always arrived on-site with smiles and your easy-going natures and were very readily accepted into our group.
We particularly admired Gavin's building skills and loved the way he committed himself to each project in such a quiet and unassuming way. It was obvious to us that despite his modesty, he was an extremely proficient tradesman.
Will miss you heaps Gavin.
Kia kaha, Kia maia Melanie. Nga mihi aroha ki a koutou katoa, ara ki te whanau whanui o Gavin.
