Gary GUSH Obituary

GUSH, Gary Mervyn (Gushy). 20th September 1940 - 3rd December 2024. Loved lifelong family man, alongside his adored wife Pat. Loved and significantly cherished Dad of Cherie and Darrin, Sam and Garry, Rachelle and Paul. The most rad and loved Poppa and Great Poppa of Ariana and Jacob, Danika and John, Nico and Maddy, Maia and Clinton, Jazmyn and Rangipae, Jade and Marino and Te Rina (having a special bond with Te Rina, his mate). The most heartfelt and adored Great Poppa of Uenuku, Harlow, Kimora, Jorel and Raniera. Dads tough, heartbreaking journey came to its sudden final intermission on the 3rd of December. As per our Dad's long standing request, a private gathering with immediate family will take place with a memorial service at a later date. His ashes will be spread, in time, at a special place close to his heart and ours. Keep on tapping out those tunes Dad, we love you mate. Haere, haere atu rā, moe mai rā.

So sorry to hear of Gary's passing.
It is so hard when they are ill to watch them fade away. I will always remember the strong honest gentleman who was willing to pursue his trade and always did a great job.
Take care of yourself now Pat and look forward to the future. I would love to catch up with you sometime.
I guess my Gary and yours will have plenty of stories to share
