Garry CURD Obituary

CURD, Garry Thomas (Gaz). With great sadness we announce the passing of Garry. Taken suddenly on Friday 14 January 2022 while in Waikato Hospital, aged 69 years. Garry was a dearly loved husband of Joanne. A devoted father and father-in-law of Nathan, Stacey and Jak, Hamish and Erica. Beloved Grandad of Jack, Shelby, Branden, Cooper, Max, Charlotte and Mera. A celebration of Garry's life will be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Road Tauranga, on Friday 21 January 2022 at 2.00pm followed by a graveside service. A vaccine passport will be required to attend Garry's service.

My deepest sympathy to you Joanne and your family. Garry's passing will be so hard for all of you. I am so very sorry to hear this news. My 5 years working with Garry at SMRS were good years with very fond memories. Loved chatting with him...even if the work piled up..he was a special and very caring person and I shall miss him. A good man.
