Frederick LEWIS Obituary

LEWIS, Frederick George (Fred). On July 19, 2015 peacefully at Malyon House, Mt Maunganui, after a long battle with cancer. Loved and loving husband of Yolanda. Loving father and father-in-law of Claudine and Kumaran, Bill and Rachael. Loved Poppa of Dylan, Jay, Grace, and Sophie. Special thanks to the staff of Tauranga Hospital (Cancer Ward), Waipuna Hospice, and Malyon House for their care of Fred. A service for Fred will be held at Mount Harbour Chapel, cnr Maunganui Road and Matai Street, Mt Maunganui on Saturday, July 25 at 11.00am thereafter private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Waipuna Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
