Freda WOOD Obituary

WOOD, Freda Marion (nee Gardner). Passed away peacefully at the Redwood Rest Home and Hospital, Rotorua on 28 January 2014 in her 85th year. Dearly loved wife of Alan. Loved mother and mother-in- law of David and Sharon (Kerikeri), Bryce and Suzanne (New Plymouth), Lyn and Graeme Leigh (Rotorua), Ross and Sandra (New Plymouth). Loved grandmother of her 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Time is quietly passing, but memories are everlasting. A Service to celebrate Freda's life will be held at Arawa Lounge, Rotorua Race Course, 274 - 278 Fenton Street, Rotorua on Saturday, 1 February 2014, at 1:00pm, followed by the burial at Kauae Cemetery, Ngongotaha. Special thanks to the staff of Redwoods Rest Home for the loving care and attention given to our wife and mother over the past 12 months.
