WILLIS, Frank Shirley Neilson. Our beautiful soul passed away on September 10, 2011. Born 24 December 1918. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, a truly great man who's soul will soar up to his wife Annie and sons Rusty, Ross and Robert. Godspeed Grandad, you are at peace now. In remembrance of Frank a donation will be made to the Wilson Home for Children and we would encourage others to join him in doing so. R.I.P.
