VAN DAM, Frank. On Sunday 10 October 2010, peacefully at Rhoda Read Hospital, aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Christine. You will be dearly missed. Loved Father, Father-in-law and Grandfather of Vincent. Rudy and Annelies and their sons Bjorn, Marco, Leroy and Jonah. Linday and Michael and their chidlren Jacob and Alicia. Geoff and Sue and their sons Jared, Rhys, Mitchell and Lewis. Brother-in-law of Gerard and Lenie and Uncle of Simone, Nicole and Marcel. Loved Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle of all his extended family in Holland. Loved and will be missed by all his friends.
