Frank Marotta Obituary
Frank Marotta, 74, of Ligonier, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2006. He served in the Army during the Korean conflict. Formerly of North Braddock and North Versailles, he retired to Ligonier in 1988 after 30 years of employment at Equitable Resources. He is survived by his high school sweetheart, Dolores, to whom he was married for 53 years; sisters, Catherine Marotta and Mary Sopko; nieces; nephews; his faithful dog, Cato, and Ozzie, his cat. He was predeceased by his beloved son, Carmen, in 1986. Interment was private."Now cracks a noble heart. Goodnight sweet prince, and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
