Frank DAVIS Obituary

DAVIS, Frank Charles. Peacefully at rest, passed away on 17th September at North Shore Hospice, Takapuna, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband of Jeanette, much loved father of Kim and adored father-in-law to Lynn. Much loved Granda to Ryan, Bryce and Taylin. A service will be held at Tilton Opie & Pattinson Simplicity Funerals, 3232 Great North Road, New Lynn at 11.00am on Friday 23rd September 2016. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Auckland District Kidney Society www.kidneysociety.co.nz/donations. Special thanks to the staff of North Shore Dialysis Centre who cared so well for Frank in his final years and also to the staff of North Shore Hospice in his final days. "Home is the sailor, home from the sea"

DAVIS, Frank Charles. Dearest Uncle Frank we will miss your interesting banter, quick wit and cheeky grin. A bitter sweet farewell to a man who has been such a great presence in mine and many other's lives, the one who taught me to swim, saved me from falling into the Warkworth river as a toddler and with whom we shared many a great story, adventure and laugh as a family. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Rest in peace. Rachael, Robbie, and Allan.

DAVIS, Frank Charles. Much loved little brother of Audrey, uncle of Ron (deceased) and Sheryl (Australia). Great-uncle of Dean and great-great-uncle to Darian and Declan. Youngest son of the late Fred and Anna Davis. Little brother, you will be sadly missed.
