SLIPPER, Frances Margaret (Mum) (nee Allen). Born September 25, 1939. Frances Margaret Slipper died on December 12, 2023 in Whakatane after a long journey with Dementia. Beloved wife of Brian Slipper, Amazing mother to Karen and Stephen. Magnificent Grandmother to Gemma, Elliott, Alex and Jack. Fabulous mother in law to Deb and Francis. Special Aunt to Margaret and her family. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Frances's life at the Ohope Surf Club 19 December 2023 at 1pm.

I did not know Frances had died. She was special for me..my neighbour when we lived in Titirangi...she took me to school on my first day,....she was my "big sister." We did lots of wild things when we were kids and later caught up when my family was young. Camping at Taupo with Brian and Frances. What fun and memories I have of happy times and being told what to do when I was little. Frances and my grandmother Bert had a special relationship.
