Loving mother and mother in law to Sheryl and Jerry Bulow, Mike and Anne Cowan. Adored grandma of her 9 grandchildren and her 12 great grandchildren. "Remembered With Love" A service for Frances will be held in the Maunu Crematorium Chapel, Cemetery Road, Maunu, Whangarei at 2:30pm Wednesday September 23rd 2020. Aunty Fanny, love you to the moon and back. you were a great person and i loved coming to stay with you when i was younger.. helping you and uncle Dave with the fruit and vegs, we always had a night time talk with a cuppa.. and i have always admirer you beautiful long hair. you even let me brush it once.. going to miss not having you around'RIP
