Fonomanu SEKONA Obituary

SEKONA, Fonomanu (Young Sekona). Born February 5, 1952. Passed away peacefully on July 30, 2024. (Professional Heavy-Weight Boxer). Beloved husband of Lolohea, cherished father of Lavinia Muimui and Hahano Kimala'ekula, loving grandfather of Fonomanu-Fine, Sione and Lavinia, beloved great grandfather of Fonomanu, Tymaneilelagi, Tiare and baby Sekona, father-in-law of Sese, Delicia, Fonoapule and Matua. A service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints on 9 August 2024 at 6:00pm, 15 Robertson Road, Favona, Auckland. He will be returned to his birthplace Fo'ui, Hihifo, Tongatapu, Tonga where a service will be held and buried at Tutulupeatau.
