Farewell dear Flo..I fondly remember you from my time at the James Cook Hotel as Piano Bar manager. We used to talk and have a lot of laughs You were the first restaurant manager at the White Heron Hotel with Pierre in the 1960s along with John Morrissey and John Bowman. I Have been at the Heron for 20 years now called the Brentwood Hotel now.and I study its history I started at the James Cook as original trainee manager under the wonderful Mr Hadimioglu....so I have come back to Mr Meikles original Hotel. Farewell dear Flo ...you really were a doyen of hospitality in this city. We will all miss you dearly love Brian and Suzie Reeve of Upper Hutt

Flo we worked together at Gilberts at the DIC we had alot of fun lunches dinners laugh,s.I hope you have found peace and are now painfree.Regards to Ian
