Fiona NICCOL Obituary

NICCOL, Fiona Marian. In her 51st year, at Kena Kena, Paraparaumu, on Sunday 1 July 2012, after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Much loved daughter of Don and Barbara Niccol. Loved sister of Linda and Eion Abernathy (Raumati), and Andrew and Rachel Niccol (Los Angeles). Loved aunt of Mia, Eve, Jack, and Ava. The family give grateful thanks to Barbara, Heather and all of the staff at Kena Kena Rest Home and to Dr Brent Kriven for years of care for Fiona. A time of remembrance for Fiona will be held at the Kapiti Uniting Parish Church, Cnr Raumati and Weka Roads, Raumati Beach on Thursday 5 July 2012 at 2.00pm. A memorial celebration for past colleagues and friends will be held in Auckland at a later date to be advised. In lieu of flowers, donations towards the research work of the Malaghan Institute in Wellington may be made directly or at the Church.
