DOWNIE, Felix Richmond (Fex). Passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 6th, 2013 at home. Dearly loved husband of Bev, and the late Pat. Much loved Dad of Delwyn and Alan Foster, and Popeye to Amber and Victoria. Great grandad of Dylan, Portia, Jack, and Lynton. Loved Step-dad of Robyn and Bill Cleland, Denise and Gary Ching, Lynley and Keith Elliott, Grant and Brigit Riley, and their families.
