Fay COCHRAN Obituary

COCHRAN, Fay Yvonne Elspeth (nee Levien). Born August 24, 1933. Passed away on September 19, 2021. Our matriarch has left us . Mum you were The Best mother and grandma all six of us your children and grandchildren could've had. The best of who you were was poured into making us who we are today. Always in our hearts. Helen and Shane and Ezra Blaxland (Cambodia / Canada), Gwenda (Whangarei), Catrin and Thomas Owen (Auckland).

My thoughts and prayers are with you all I will let Ruth know she is in Queensland now.Fay was a great example to me and I have good memories to treasure,although we moved away many years ago

Sad to hear that Fay passed away. She has always been a shining light of her Lord and Saviour to all those who encountered her. I have very fond memories of home group at Jim and Fay's house in King Street. They were so helpful and supportive of Marta, Erika and I when we returned from Brazil in the mid-80's. Always asking after you without a thought for herself she has been a wonderful example of a person who walked the Jesus Way. She will no doubt enjoy catching up with Jim but will be sorely missed here. Condolences to all the immediate and extended family. Love always, from the Findlay's.
