COOK, Fanny Olive "Fay". On 26 September 2011 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Ted Cook, dearly loved Mum of Beverly and Herb, and Kevin and Theresa. Dearly loved grandmother of Joanna, Felicity, Stephanie, Katrina and Adrian. Great- grandmother of 6 great- grandchildren. A service for Fay will be held at the Chapel of North Shore Memorial Park, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Monday 3 October at 11.30am.
