Faith SMITH Obituary

SMITH, Faith Lorraine. Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 19th May 2012, surrounded by her loving family, aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Tom. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Tom and Val, Faith and Kevin, Pam and Phil, Carol and Bill. Loved Grandma of 13, Great Grandma of 33, with another expected shortly, and Great Great Grandma of 8, with another expected shortly. Our special mother who touched so many lives with her happy, gentle and caring nature, was cherished so deeply by us all and will live on in our hearts forever. A service for Faith will be held at the North Shore Memorial Park Chapel, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany at 2.30pm on Tuesday 22nd May 2012. Special thanks to Rosedale Village management, administrative, medical, carer and kitchen staff for their constant loving care and support to Faith over the last 8 years.

SMITH, Faith Lorraine. Peacefully at home surrounded by family on 19th May 2012 aged 94 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Carol and Bill. Loved grandmother of Mark and Katie, and Sarah and Craig. Our hearts ache with sadness and fresh tears flow. We love you so much, but must let you go. Thank you for your boundless love and sharing, Your tender touch, your giving and caring. That beautiful smile, so happy, so gentle. Today, tomorrow - we will always remember. You're with Tom forever now, where you belong. And in our hearts always, our cherished Mum.
