Evadne RIGBY Obituary

RIGBY, Evadne Ethel Passed away gracefully at home on 4 February 2014, aged 81. Dearly loved wife of Denis. Adored mum to Anne and John, Peter and Glenys, and Alan and Maree. Treasured Gran to Richard and Kim, Gareth and Sasha, Alistair and Cami; Shelley and Ian, Mark; Katelin and James, Callum, and Fairlee; great Gran to Skye, Rhys, Angus, Conrad and Alexandra. Beloved sister to Rory and Bubbles. Eva fought a brave fight against illness, supported by awesome doctors and nursing staff of Waipuna Hospice and the Oncology Department at Tauranga Hospital. "I've had a great innings." Evadne was a special and gentle lady, who will be sadly missed. A service will be held at the Mount Harbour Chapel cnr Maunganui Rd and Matai St, Mt Maunganui on Saturday 8 February at 1.00pm thereafter private cremation.
