Erin PALMER Obituary

PALMER, Erin Louise. Passed away peacefully on November 22 2016 aged 30. Beloved partner of Brendon Jones, daughter of Alan and Lyn, sister of Kim, Toni, Elton, Jodi, Simon, Tim, Lisa, Ashley and Olivia and adored aunt to her 15 nieces and nephews. A shooting star whose radiance lit so many lives but burned out far too soon, Your memory will be in all our hearts forever. Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Mercy Hospice Freeman's Bay for their compassionate and loving care. In lieu of flowers , donations to Mercy Hospice would be appreciated.
