Eric PRICE Obituary
PRICE, Eric Middleship (Pod) On Tuesday 16th February 2016 at 91 years young, peacefully at his home in Torbay after a short illness with family at his side.... Pod sailed away for the last time to find his beloved Valda. Truly a legendary man and one of the really good guys of this world. His cheeky smile, twinkly eyes and wicked sense of humour will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Much loved father of Ann Marie and Paul, father in law of Paul and Susan, poppa to Nick, Simone, Clinton and Yvette, Melanie, Nicola and Zhann, great grandfather to Paige, Shawn and Parker. Your memories will always be with us. A service to celebrate Pods wonderful life will be held at the chapel of North Shore Memorial Park, 235 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Tuesday 23rd February at 2.30pm. In lieu of flowers a donation to North Shore Hospice, P O Box 331 129, Takapuna would be preferred. Special thanks to caregivers Adrienne, Hillary and Tere for their wonderful loving care.

Farewell POD, You're still Number 1 Boyfriend. Will miss you heaps. Great memories of a truly great friend from our sailing days around the coast. No more drift fishing, those early morning swims followed by a whisky and milk. RIP Pod.
