ErIc PINFOLD Obituary

PINFOLD, Eric John (Eric) Aged 74 passed away peacefully on 11 September 2013 at Waikato Hospital after a long illness. Dearly loved husband of Marion, and the late Taini and Gloria. Fantastic father to Margaret, James, Louise and Grant, Graeme, Fiona and Paul, Bruce and Vanessa, Paula and Brent and Heather. Special granddad to Daniel, Kylie, Sequoia, Nikita, Jasmine, Samuel, Samantha, Cameron, Jaimee, Aimee, Lara, Eden, Grace, Jacob, Faith, and Lilly. Great Granddad of seven. A celebration of Eric's life will be held at Central Baptist Church Charlemont Street Hamilton Friday 13 September at 11am. Followed by a private cremation. Very sincere thanks to the staff at Eventhorpe Rest Home for their wonderful care of Eric.

I remember Eric as a very nice man who was a friend to my father over many years. They can hang out together again now.

Such a wonderful and caring man, he looked after our mum ( Phyllis Sparling) while she was at Eventhorpe . Forever will be remembered. He deserves a well earned rest.

Eric was a special member of our IBM support group which covers all of New Zealand. He was an inspiration to others with the same debilitating condition as he had. God Bless you Eric
