Eric JAMES Obituary

JAMES, Eric Royal. Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 20 May 2024, aged 80 years. Beloved father and father-in-law of Sarah and Andrew, Helen and Steven, and Huw. Cherished Gramps to Rhys, Olivia and Maia. Much loved brother to John and sister-in-law Caroline. We wish to thank the team on Ward 7 at Middlemore Hospital for their compassion and care of Dad. Also, our thanks to the staff at Gulf Views Rest Home who made Dad's final six months comfortable. A service to celebrate Eric's life will be held at the Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Services, Cnr Picton and Walter MacDonald Sts, Howick on Thursday 23 May at 2pm.
