Emily FITZGERALD Obituary

FITZGERALD, Emily Joan. On 24 October 2022, at Starship Hospital, proudly aged 7. Emily is loved and missed by her big brother, Patrick, and parents Monique and Tim. She is also the treasured grand-daughter of Barry and Sallyann Fitzgerald, and May Chen. Emily's service will be held in the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank, at midday on Saturday, 29 October 2022.

Emily was a treasured member of the St Cuthbert's College Community. A fierce believer in being kind and inclusive. She demonstrated the school motto of 'By Love Serve' every day. And although young, she will always be St Cuthbert's Old Girl.

The Mainly Music team at Grace City Church (former Greenlane Christian Centre) are very sad to hear about Emily´s passing. Sallyann and Emily used to enjoy our Friday morning sessions and we really enjoyed having you there! Sending our love and prayers to the Fitzgerald whanau in this incredibly difficult time. FITZGERALD, Emily Joan . On 24 October 2022. Cherished grand daughter to Barry and Sallyann, niece to Nick and Poppy, and the late Natalie; and much loved niece/cousin to the wider Fitzgerald family. Emily's strength and determination was an inspiration to us all, and she will always be missed. May your star always shine as brightly as your beautiful smile, dearest Emily.
