RAFFERTY, Elsie. Peacefully on the 20th June 2016, aged 94. Dearly Loved wife of the late James. Loved and precious mother and mother-in-law of Betty and the late Lew Favel (Winton). Much loved Grandmother of Kent and Emma Favel (Wellington), and the late Haydn. Great grandmother of Annabel, Francesca, Penny, James. In accordance with Elsie's wishes a private family service will be held. A special thanks to the caring staff of Rowena Jackson Retirement Village and Cargill Care Home.
