Our deepest Sympathy to you on the passing of Elsie
I had the privilege of getting to know Elsie through the Reading buddies . She was a favourite , I would listen to how she would speak so kindly to them , showed such an interest in their stories an told them a few of hers . Not to mention the sweets she would keep for them! I too loved chatting to her at times when she was not well enough to see the children she was always asking after them and she loved telling me about about her family . We will miss her so . We asked students to send letters to the reading buddies in lockdown so glad they got to her.

Wishing to express our deepest sympathy to all of Elsie's family. Your mum was a special lady remembered for her friendly and bubbly nature. We have fond memories of visiting the Dairy up at Kelston. I believe my mother kept in touch for quite some time but not so much recently.
May she rest in Peace and join the angels now in heaven.
From Irena Holland (nee Barbarich) and Neda Barbarich ( recently deceased ).
