Elsie CHAN Obituary
CHAN, Elsie Lai Wah. Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Auckland City Hospital on Wednesday 21 October 2015, Aged 93 years. Beloved mother and mother- in-law of Danny and Alma; Ting and Carol. Grandmother/ Mama of Natalie, Raymond, Nicholas, Carling, Peter and Maya. Beloved Great Grandmother/Tai Por Por of Marc and Juliette. Many thanks to all the wonderful doctors and staff at Ward 64, Auckland Hospital, Remuera Rise Rest Home and to Bupa Remuera Care Home, and very special thanks to Pam Joe for all her love and care for our mother. A service to celebrate Elsie's life will be held at 1:30pm on Tuesday October 27th at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, 100 St Johns Road, Meadowbank.

It was with sadness I heard of Lai Wah Gu Ma's passing, my Dad's oldest sister. A woman we respected and loved.
