Elliot BROOKS Obituary

BROOKS, Elliot Laughlin. With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Elliot aged 36 years on the 15th July 2024 after a long and courageous battle with illness. Much loved father of Laughlin, dearly loved son of Graeme and Rosie, brother of Lauren and brother-in-law of Russell, special uncle to Sailor. Special thanks to all the wonderful caring staff at Hibiscus Hospice, North Shore Haematology and Gastrology staff and doctors that have gone above and beyond. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Saturday 20th July at 11am at Orewa Community Church, 235 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Red Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hibiscus Hospice would be appreciated. https:/harbourhospice.org.nz/ donate/ Loved so much by all of us.

So sad to hear of Elliot's passing. Though I haven't seen him for a long time, he was the most delightful young man, who was not only hilarious but very caring. Lots of love to the whanau x

Elliot you will be dearly missed - you had such a wonderful wit, sense of humour and cheeky smile. Such a sad time for your dear family who adored you. Sorry we won´t be there to say farewell. Sincere condolences to Rosie, Graeme, Lauren, Russell and little Sailor.
