SMITH, Elaine Ann (Elaine) (nee Mitchell). Born November 14, 1939. Passed away on May 01, 2023. Passed away at Northhaven Care Home Dementia Unit on 1st May 2023. De arly loved wife of the late Neville. Much loved Mum of Wayne, Sharon, Craig, Fiona and Wanda. Much loved Nana of Wesley, Samantha, Paula, Lisa, Amy, Tyla, Brayden and Great Grandmother of Alijah and Aziah. In accordance with the family's wishes no service will be held. Grateful thanks to the staff at Northhaven Care Home for their care and support.
