Elaine NEWLAND Obituary

NEWLAND, Elaine Joy (nee Madgwick). Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Thursday 10th July 2025. Beloved wife of Keith (Blackie) for 52 years. Loved and loving mother and mother-in-law of Shannon and Craig, Murray and Danielle, Odette, Megan and Shane. Adored Nan of Hayden, Luke, Niya, Helena, Felix, Leon, Jacob, Hunter and Alice. Special thanks to the staff at Waikato Hospital, Dr Tim Allen, and the wonderful team of Thames district nurses for your care and support. A celebration of Elaine's life will be held at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 306 Willoughby Street, Thames on Tuesday 15th July at 12noon, followed by private interment at Totara Memorial Park Cemetery.
