Eileen WEEKS Obituary

WEEKS, Eileen Audrey (nee O'Neil). Passed away peacefully at Patrick Ferry House on Friday,22nd September, 2017, just 10 days shy of her 100th Birthday. Much loved wife of the late Reg and treasured mother and mother-in-law to Graham and June, Mike and Geraldine. Eileen was a special Nana to Kelly and Rob, Troy, Tania and Bryan, Angela and Mark, Greg and Rebecca and a great Nana to Jordan, Ryan, Jack, Sam, Jesse and Will. A service for Eileen will be held at the Chapel at Powley Village, 135 Connell Street, Blockhouse Bay (where she spent 17 happy years) on Saturday, 30th September, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Please note parking will be limited. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Breast Cancer Society would be appreciated .A donation box will be available. Our grateful thanks to the staff and management of Patrick Ferry House where Mum was very well cared for with affection and respect.
