My sincere sympathy to you all. Eileen was long time friend of my cousin Manu Bailey. I have just heard today that your dear mum has passed away. A very special lady. My thoughts are with you all. Dariel Holibar

Living in Sydney I only got to see you from time to time over last few decades, always at significant family events. You will always be part of Thode/Scott family history, linked through our paternal grandmother Winifred Ivy Thode (née Scott).

Peter and all the family, fond memories of mum and dad in the Marcellin days. May they be reunited now in heaven and you all be comforted. The Scotts, Pattersons, Loofs and Kanes all now remembered as Marcellin "Saints". Regret unable to attend funeral.

My parents and wider retired banking group, including Eileen enjoyed many holidays around NZ. Through my parents, we became friends. I enjoyed Eileen's wonderful company, kindness, humour and friendship over 20 years. Thank you Eileen. I will miss you. Sue George.
