Eileen LOO Obituary

LOO, Eileen (nee Bow). Born July 6, 1932. Passed away on February 26, 2023. Passed away peacefully at Auckland City Hospital aged 90 years. Much loved wife of the late Kong Chew Loo. Loved mother of Richard and Jan, Marlene and Joe, Frances and Glennis. Loved grandmother of Deborah and Andrew, Chris, Stephanie and Walter, Peter and Jess, and Brendan. Loved great-grandmother of Leopold and Caspian, Rosabelle and Amelia, and Zoe and Lillian. Dearly loved by the Bow family and the Cho family. Eileen will be remembered for her hard work in the family fruit shop and her dedicated service to the Mt Eden community for almost 70 years. A service to celebrate Eileen's life will be held at Mangere Lawn Cemetery, 85 McKenzie Road on Saturday 11 March at 12 noon, followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated www.cancer.org.nz.
