Ed and I were friends from the early 70's .
He was always a great guy. He drove to va for my wedding betting me it wouldn't last 6 months.
I know that he touched many lives in a positive way and will be missed by many.

I work with Ed at the Beggar Club and the Bellringer in the 70,s. Everything he touched seemed to turn to gold, he had a knack for promoting the clubs. He gave me a job when I really needed it and took a chance on me. We didn't keep in touch but I do have fond memories. Prayers to his family

I can't believe Ed's gone.
Occasionally, he and I would meet up at Norma's in Addison or Frisco.
We might not see each other for a while, but we'd pick right up and it was like we'd just seen each other the day before.
I wish I'd been able to see him one last time. Just to tell him how much of an inspiration he was to me while I was trying to grow up!
Ed was definitely a self made man and no one can dispute that.
My condolences to Pamela and family.
Rest in peace, Ed. We'll all meet again someday.

Ed Murph was a Great Friend & Mentor to Me from "75" to "85" before I moved to Venice, Ca. where I've resided since! He hired Me as Manager @ Bell Ringer & Trained Me, Mentored Me & Helped Me to be the Person I am Today! We fell out of touch while I was working 2 Full Time Jobs here in Cali & I did not see Him after His visit here in "88"! He was a Great Person & Friend & I Pray His Loved Ones have Peace of Mind & Spirit during these trying Times! RIP Ed Ur Friend, V.P.
