LISA TULIPANO A light has gone out in our world with the passing of Lisa Tulipano (Ciccone) age 50. She died at Sunnybrook Hospital on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 surrounded by family and a dear friend. Lisa was born May 4, 1967 in Toronto, Ontario. Loving and adoring mother to Giovanni. Cherished wife and best friend of the late Gian Tulipano. Caring daughter of Alvana and the late Domenico "Nevio" Ciccone. Daughter- in-law of the late Giovanni and Gilda Tulipano. Lisa will be missed by her sisters Luana and Iside, brothers-in-law Nick and Amedeo and nephews Louis, Domenic and Alessandro and niece Sofia as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Dedicated Teacher for 25 years at the Toronto Catholic District School Board. Reading, shopping and gardening were her passions. She will be missed dearly by her son, family and friends as she joins her loving husband Gian in heaven. Family and friends will be received at DEMARCO FUNERAL VISITATION CENTRE, 8003 Weston Rd. (2 lights north of Hwy. 7), 905-850-9500, on Friday, June 9th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's of Canterbury Church, 80 Shoreham Dr., Toronto on Saturday, June 10th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Wish Foundation International or SickKids Foundation.
