Edmund WILSON Obituary

WILSON, Edmund Cunningham. Ed passed away on 7th January 2026, peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband of Nancy. Treasured father and father-in-law of Susan and Michal, Robyn and Stu, Lisa, and the late Mark. Loved and cherished Grandad of Joshua and Rachel, Renee and Lewis, Kristen, Ben, Luke, Jess and Holly. Proud Great- Grandad of Freya and Baby Pakwell. Ed's family was his world. Though he is already missed, we are grateful that his suffering has ended. His laughter, humour, and joy for life will live on in our memories. In accordance with Ed's wishes, a private family cremation will be held.

Great memories of all the good times we had when we worked together for many years as See Pacific Holidays/Tapa Tours. Those were the good old days of travel & I treasure those memories...& the years following of keeping in touch. I will miss the phone calls when we set the world to right again!

Sending you all love. I will always remember those great times living two doors away. The fishing stories, the Whitianga adventure and oh my goodness the epic fireworks for Guy Fawks nights and all the incredible trips you arranged gor our family. RIP Ed.
