I worked with Eamon at the Auckland City Council workshops in the early 80s. He was a bloody good bloke, with a great personality and a wicked sense of humour. One to remember. Sincere condolences to his family.

Dear Eamon
You were a big part of my family, and I would like to thank you for, not only being a terrific uncle to my girls, but for being a good brother-in-law and friend to me over the years. You were always good natured and easy going and got on with just about anyone. I really liked that about you.
You always had an engineering mind that was able to break down problems and solve them. That is probably why you were such a good mechanic. I could always rely on you to tow or repair our crappy vehicles whenever they broke down, which was quite often back then. This saved us a lot of money because you generously did it for just a hot meal and a cold beer.
I will always remember the happy times we shared together, especially at "Elmo´s" and "Gimme Shelter Darts Club." Good old days for sure.
So thank you for everything.
Rest in peace my old friend,
Doc
It is almost unfathomable for me to realise that we have just lost two sons, two brothers, two uncles, two cousins, two friends, two good men who were truly loved.
Bernard and Eamon you will both live on, and not be forgotten.

I will miss you so much Eamon. Thank you for being the best kind of uncle. Fun, loyal and interested in our lives. You're going to leave a big gap in our family, but I feel at peace knowing you and Bernard can both rest now. Give Poppa Mick a big hug from me. Tell him all about Milo. Love you always. Xxx

Eamon, I will miss knowing you were there either reading the paper with Nana, tinkering with some project or enjoying your beautiful new home. `Aya Mon´ was how I was always greeted (similar to mum). You always made us kids feel special as though you were just a big kid yourself and everything we were doing was interesting to you!
I hope you felt me around on Saturday and we will forever hold you close in our hearts. Love Simone, Nick, Harlow & Benny x

Farewell Eamon. I shall miss the `Hi Ya Bones´ whenever we met up, and how you always asked after Sarah and Simone. A wonderful uncle and brother. You were so well loved by us all and will always be in our hearts RIP xx

Deepest condolences to Noreen and all the Mulrennan family from the Dowding and Davies families. Treasured memories of my second family during our childhood in Seabrook Avenue. Eamon, we had so many fun times outside building huts, riding bikes, playing Bullrush and generally enjoying the outdoors. Later your mechanical expertise servicing my Dad's car. Gone too soon. Rest in Peace.
