FRANCIS, Dulcie Victoria. On February 26, 2018, aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Garry, cherished Mum and friend of Joy and Ellis, Kevin and Coralie. Adored Grandma and mate of Paul and Michele, Andrew and Daryl, Sharon and Paul, Natalie and Rob, Terry and Li. Treasured great grandmother of Ben, Kelly, Elise, Dylan, Braden, Aidan, Toby, Zoe, Lincoln, Max, Carter, and Alexis. We have all been so blessed to have had you in our lives.
