Douglas JEFFS Obituary

JEFFS, Douglas Raymond Born in Avondale on November 19, 1946 and died peacefully at home in Birkdale on October 6, 2015. Doug is survived by Edria Jeffs, his wife of 27 years, his Father, Lenard Jeffs, age 96, his brother Leonard Jeffs and sister, Aloma Kastelan and a large family of cousins, nephews and nieces. The Funeral service will be held the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Monday 12th October at 12.30pm, followed by private cremation.

Doug and I knew each other since we left high school and were apprentices together. I remember him for his good humour and cheerful nature. Sadly missed. Ian Forrester.
